These Terms and conditions apply to all individuals who purchase a ticket for, or attend, any event organised under the SINGLZ events name. They cover the conditions of ticket purchase, participant eligibility, conduct during the event, data handling, and the limitations of SINGLZ events' liability. They do not apply to third-party platforms or services used in connection with the event — such as the ticketing provider Weeztixs which operate under their own separate terms.
The agreement between the participant and SINGLZ events is formed at the point of completed ticket purchase. From that moment, the participant is bound by these terms in full. Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of all conditions outlined herein, including those related to conduct, eligibility, and the non-refundable nature of tickets unless ticket protection has been purchased.
Tickets for SINGLZ events are sold exclusively through the integrated ticketing system provided by Weeztixs, accessible via the SINGLZ events website. Pricing is structured in tiers based on availability and the point at which the ticket is purchased. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

All ticket tiers grant the same level of access to the event. Tier differences reflect only the point of purchase, not the experience provided.
Tickets purchased for SINGLZ events are non-refundable as a default condition. Once a transaction is completed, the ticket price will not be returned unless ticket protection has been purchased and a valid claim is submitted through Weeztixs in accordance with their policy.
In the event that SINGLZ events cancels an event entirely, participants will be notified via the email address provided at registration. Details regarding refunds or transfers in such circumstances will be communicated at that time. SINGLZ events is not liable for ancillary costs incurred by participants beyond the ticket price itself, including travel or accommodation expenses.
If a participant is unable to attend, the ticket is not transferable to another individual unless explicitly permitted by SINGLZ Events. Participant-initiated cancellations do not entitle the participant to a refund unless ticket protection applies and a qualifying claim is submitted through Weeztixs.
Ticket protection is an optional add-on available for €1.68 at the time of purchase, provided by Weeztixs. It enables participants to submit a refund request under qualifying circumstances, as defined by Weeztixs' own protection policy. SINGLZ events does not administer or adjudicate these claims.
Refund claims under ticket protection must be submitted directly to Weeztixs through their designated claims process. Participants should refer to the Weeztixs terms and conditions for qualifying reasons, required documentation, and submission deadlines. SINGLZ events cannot intervene in, accelerate, or influence the outcome of claims handled by Weeztixs.
SINGLZ events operates as a social club night within a licensed venue. While the format is informal and no structured programme is imposed on participants, all attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other participants, venue staff, and the event team. Breach of conduct standards may result in removal from the event without refund and, where appropriate, referral to venue security or relevant authorities.
When purchasing a ticket, participants are required to provide certain personal information. This data is collected and processed by SINGLZ events for the operational and administrative purposes described below. Data handling is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
First and last name (identification and registration); email address (transaction confirmation and event communications); gender (audience composition monitoring); age (eligibility verification and age-group balancing); city of residence (geographic reach analysis). No additional personal data is requested beyond these fields.
Participant data submitted through the Weeztixs ticketing platform is also subject to Weeztixs' own privacy policy. Participants are advised to review that policy separately. Singlz Events does not sell personal data to third parties and does not use registration data for purposes beyond those described in these terms.
SINGLZ events monitors ticket sales across three age categories: 18–30, 30–45, and 45+. This categorisation is used internally to maintain a broadly balanced age distribution across the event audience. It does not result in age-based restrictions on attendance once a ticket has been purchased.
Gender data is used alongside age data to track the overall composition of ticket holders. SINGLZ events uses this information to make informed decisions about ticket availability and promotional targeting. It is not used to exclude any individual participant or to create gender-specific entry conditions.
SINGLZ events is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by a participant during an event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own personal safety and belongings throughout the evening.
SINGLZ events reserves the right to make changes to event details including date, time, venue, or programme where operationally necessary. Where a material change occurs, participants will be notified via the contact details provided at registration. Minor changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
SINGLZ events accepts no liability for cancellation, postponement, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including extreme weather, public health measures, governmental restrictions, venue closure, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, SINGLZ events will communicate with ticket holders in good faith regarding available options.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, a ticket purchase, or attendance at a SINGLZ events event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
